You are a committed and passionate person and are looking for a part-time or mini-job in our travel agency in Hamburg Eimsbüttel. We welcome both female applicants and applicants with diverse gender identities. You can expect a relaxed and collegial atmosphere and we cultivate the “Duz” culture.

Ideally, you already have experience from a previous job in a travel agency or have experience in sales, preferably in the tourism sector (e.g. with an airline or tour operator). Career changers with a connection to the travel industry are also welcome and will be considered accordingly.

Knowledge of travel agency reservation systems such as Sabre or Merlin would be an advantage as we use these systems to make bookings and process customer inquiries. In addition, experience with back office programs such as Jack from Bewotec or Argus from Schmetterling would be desirable, as we use these tools for administrative tasks. We would be happy to refresh your knowledge in these areas together.

Your customer orientation, strong communication skills and organizational talent set you apart. You are a team player and keep an overview even in stressful situations. You enjoy direct customer contact and always find the right solutions for individual customer requirements.
